Today I read the unfortunate news of Heath Ledger's passing [
Actor Heath Ledger Found Dead in New York Apartment] and one of my first thoughts was about the article I had read the previous day.
It's interesting that the demand for [almost-]instant information makes it so that media corporations need to create all these obits. I welcome your comments on this, if you think it's right/wrong, and how you'd feel if you were famous and discovered you were "wild" or "old" enough to have your obituary on file.
