Dear vandals in Westmount: STOP FUCKING WITH THE PARKS.
I don't have any kids and have little to no use for the splash pad, but there are a lot of families who do. I'm sure they would like to "thank" you for shutting down the splash pad from the middle of August until the city is able to repair the damage...

I never understood what was to be gained by vandalism. I think one time I smashed a lighter against a school wall, saw a little fireball, and was wholly unimpressed. That was the end.
